Acting under its direction, COSTAC assists COSCA in its management and preservation of the Conejo open space. COSTAC gives advisory input to COSCA regarding open space matters and administers the COSCA open space volunteer programs. COSF, while independent of COSCA, works closely with COSTAC to provide funding assistance for volunteer programs as well as for other open space needs.
