What is the relationship between a GDBA and an MBA?
The GDBA covers graduate level courses in core business skills, foundation material normally taught in the first year of most MBA programs. Students who complete the GDBA with a 3.5 CGPA and wish to apply to SFU MBA programs do not have to write the GMAT. The GDBA graduate can complete the MBA program in two terms instead of three, or will have some courses waived for the MOT MBA program. For students applying to the Executive MBA program, GDBA courses are NOT required.
