What is the relationship between a company and its J-Nomad?
• The relationship between the J-Nomad and the Client Company is matter of commercial arrangement between the two parties incorporating the framework of TOKYO AIM detailed in the regulations of the market. The Exchange will not review these contracts and will not be providing a template for such contracts as they fall outside the remit of the regulations. • As every TOKYO AIM company has to retain a J-Nomad at all times, the J-Nomad will be the company’s first point of contact concerning all regulatory matters. The J-Nomad will work with the company prior to listing, assessing its appropriateness to join the market. On an ongoing basis, the J-Nomad will remain in regular contact with the company to ensure it continues to comply with the market framework. • The J-Nomad model, however, does not absolve the company and its directors from their obligations under the regulations.
