What is the relation of this case to the Bonanno Action?
Please take notice that there is a putative class action lawsuit pending in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, Bonanno, et al. v. The Quizno’s Franchise Company LLC, et al., Case No. 06-CV-02358-CMA-KLM (“Bonanno Action”). The Bonanno Action involves substantially similar defendants as in this Lawsuit. The Bonanno Action alleges similar wrongful conduct on the part of defendants in this Lawsuit. You may have legal rights as a putative class member in the Bonanno Action. On April 20, 2009, the court in the Bonanno Action denied the plaintiffs’ request to certify a class.
