What is the Regulatory Guidance section?
This section is meant to provide a bridge between the public input process, the plan, and the land use regulations that may be adopted with this plan as a basis. Because there are members on the committee who are experienced in writing and administering land use regulations, we included the Regulatory Guidance section to capture ideas and experience about specific ideas that would help to implement the ideas in the plan through locally-adopted regulations. The ideas here are not all inclusive; we anticipate that other ideas will surface during the regulatory drafting stage.
