What is the regular maintenance needed for my heating and cooling units?
We recommend that your heating and cooling system be tested and inspected twice a year: Once in the spring and once in the fall. This will ensure your heating and air system is operating safely and efficiently. We also recommend that you change your air filters regularly, depending on the type of filter you have. If you use the standard throw-away 1″ filter, you should change it every 6-8 weeks. Don’t let the filter get clogged as this can cut down on efficiency and/or cause damage to the unit.
