RCHWS at CHEP, is a research facility within the Center for Health Economics and Policy (CHEP) of The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA). It was created in 2001 under a cooperative agreement between the UTHSCSA and the Bureau of Health Professions of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).
