This account is established to cover postage and fees you incur as a result of postal mail/parcel forwarding, plan overages or the use of Pay-Per-Use services. Whenever your balance falls below $10 your credit card is automatically charged $50 to replenish the account. The balance of your account is refunded to you upon termination of the service.
