What is the refund process for my Activation Fee?
Low Pay strongly believes in providing the highest level of customer service and flexibility. As such, in most cases, the Membership Activation Fee (but not the Membership Processing Fee) is refundable for 30-days following the activation. For security reasons, we require that Members who desire to deactivate their account and receive a refund, to call our Customer Service department, in order to receive a Refund Authorization Number. In order to process the refund, we require that the Low Pay Catalog be sent back to us prior to the end of the refund period. Once the catalog is received by us, we will gladly process the refund within ten (10) business days. Please note that the Annual Membership fee will NOT be charged to your creditline, ONLY if your request for cancellation/refund is completed prior to the payment of your Activation Fee.
