What is the refund procedure if I do not pass or cannot attend the ceremony?
Refunds are automatically processed after the ceremony, within the following three weeks and will be refunded back to the card or account initially charged. Tickets are only refunded to students who have not yet passed, or have an appeal or request for reconsideration in process. All other tickets are non-refundable as stated at the time of booking.
