What is the Refund Policy?
For our full-length courses, you must notify Blueprint that you have decided to withdraw from the Blueprint course at least ten (10) business days prior to the first course meeting. You will then be entitled to a refund of your tuition, less a $100 administrative fee. As of either ten (10) business days before the first course meeting of a course in which Student is enrolled or after the books have shipped (whichever comes first), Student cannot transfer Students enrollment to a different course and Student is not entitled to any refund. For Blueprint: The Movie, all sales are final and non-refundable. You are not entitled to a refund if you are in violation of any of the terms outlined in the Enrollment Agreement.
Any applicant or licensee who cancels an appointment before noon , one (1) business day prior to the scheduled appointment, will receive a full refund. For appointments rescheduled after noon, one (1) business day prior to the originally scheduled appointment, a processing fee of fourteen dollars ($14) will be charged to reschedule the appointment. Refund policy is in line with the institutional refund policy for other credit courses and programs: a. Refunds are calculated from the date on which the official withdrawal is received in the Registration Centre. b. Unpaid fines and other amounts owing will be deducted from the refund. c. Students required to withdraw due to violation of the Student Conduct Policy are not entitled to any refund. d. Tuition refunds will be based on the following scale for the HSA program: – Up to the end of the first day of the course: 100% refund, less $100; – Up to the end of the second week of the course: 100% refund, less $200; – After the second week of the course: no refund – full fees assessed and payable.
The registration price includes a nonrefundable $50 fee. The balance of the registration cost is refundable up to three weeks prior to the first day of the program. All cancellations after this time will result in a loss of the entire amount paid. As long as there is availability, you may switch programs up to one week prior to the beginning of the originally registered program. The only exception to this rule would be sites that handle their own registrations.
