What is the Refund Policy?
The one-time program enrollment fee is non-refundable. The CAIA Association will grant refunds of exam registration and exam retake fees, but only if the registration is canceled within 30 days of the date the CAIA program was purchased. For complete details, please refer to Terms of Use Item 3 (Examination Registration Fees and Refunds). Exam registrations cannot be transferred to other individuals. Membership dues are also non-refundable.
Cancellation Refund: If you cancel your test appointment at least three (3) business days before the scheduled test time and date, you will receive a full amount of the test fee. If you cancel your appointment within the 48 hours before the scheduled test time and date, or if you are not present for the test, you may within 7 days of the original test date receive a 50% refund of your test fees. After 7 days of of your scheduled test date and time, you forfeit your entire registration fee. If you paid to schedule your appointment using a credit card and you cancel your appointment within this time period, your credit card account will be credited the refund amount. If you paid by check or money order, you will receive a refund check in the mail.
