What is the Refund Policy?
If it is necessary to withdraw from a full-time skill training program, immediately notify the Eastland-Fairfield Adult Training center at 614.836.4541. Full-time training tuition refunds will be processed according to policies stated in the student handbook. To receive a tuition refund for part-time programs, minus books and material fees: • 100% refund—the student must withdraw in writing no later than five working days prior to the first scheduled class date • 50% refund—the student must withdraw prior to the second scheduled class date • No refunds will be issued for one-day classes • A full tuition refund will be issued to students for a part-time class, minus books and material charges, in the event that the school cancels a class. Registration in career enhancement courses include a non-refundable processing fee of $20.00. Allow a minimum of six (6) weeks from the date of withdrawal for refund to be processed from the Treasurer’s Office.
