What is the refund policy for recreation programs?
A.Refunds are given but certain criteria must be met. If you registered for a one day program and did not attend, you must request a refund before the start of the program. If you registered for a 2 day or longer program, you may receive a refund for an acceptable reason and if you did not attend more than 1 day of the program. Any participant eligible for a refund must make a request no later than 3 weeks from the start date of the program although the sooner the request, the better chance of someone on a waiting list would have of taking that spot.
