Four words to remember no refunds or exchanges. Before purchasing tickets, carefully review the event and seat selection. GrizTix sells tickets on behalf of event promoters. Our contracts with them usually prohibit us from making exchanges or giving refunds unless an event is cancelled. In the event a show is canceled and refunds are made, the base ticket price and venue fees will be refunded. Ticket Service fees and Convenience fees are not refundable.
