What is the refund and/or withdrawal policy?
If you have to withdraw from the Ad Congress 2011, please read carefully our Withdrawal Policy and remember that Withdrawals will only be accepted in writing. Early Bird Registrants (June 1 – June 30, 2011) • Fifty percent (50%) of registration may be refunded on or before June 30, 2011 • No more refund after June 30, 2011 Regular Registrants (July 1 – October 16, 2011) • 80% of registration may be refunded from July 14 – August 14, 2011 • 50% of registration may be refunded from August 15 – September 15, 2011 • 30% of registration may be refunded from September 16 – October 16, 2011 • No more refund after October 16, 2011 For hotel bookings, the withdrawing delegate will get a Twenty Percent (20%) refund on the actual cost at any time before October 1, 2011.
