Business Premier Fare is an unrestricted ticket. It is fully exchangeable and refundable.* Standard Premier Fully Flexible Fare is fully exchangeable and refundable.* Standard Premier Semi-Flexible Fare is exchangeable for a fee and is partially refundable.* Standard Premier Non-Flexible Fare is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Standard Fully Flexible Fare is fully exchangeable and refundable.
