What is the Refugee Medical Assistance Program (RMAP)?
Prior to obtaining eligibility for public, private or an employer’s insurance plan, the issuance of a temporary insurance benefit called the Refugee Medical Assistance Program (RMAP) may be in place. The eligible patient will present a picture ID for this insurance.
