What is the “refresh” button on My browsers toolbar?
Clicking on the refresh bar refreshes the contents of the web page you are viewing at the time. Why would you want to refresh your page, you ask? Well, typically pages are refreshed when you are on a website where the information is changing constantly. Take, for example, a page with stock quotes. You go to the page initially, and a list of stocks and their current trading prices are shown. Well, that was the price at the particular moment that you entered that web page. If you want to see if the stock price has gone up or down, you need to click “Refresh,” and the contents of that page, which happen to be stock prices in this example, are refreshed and you are provided with the new, even more current prices.
