What is the Referendum for Continued Excellence in Schools?
The Referendum for Continued Excellence in Schools will replace the referendum passed by Saint Paul voters in 2002 and set to expire in 2007. The referendum would provide revenue to continue the progress we have made. Equally important, the referendum would provide funds to better prepare students entering first grade and secondary students graduating high school.
