What is the reference point for the linear and radial cliff ground planes?

The reference point is the origin. For the radial cliff the origin is in the center of the middle circle. For the linear cliff the origin is in the center of the first ground type. The NEC-Win Basic insert shows detailed pictures of the linear and radial cliff. Note: NEC does not take into account diffraction.
