What is the RedeemItNow Stores return policy?
RedeemItNow offers a return period of 30 days from the date of receipt for products you wish to return based on buyer’s remorse, products dead on arrival, and products which were damaged in transit. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) numbers are required for all returns. To obtain an RMA number, please send an email to returns@redeemitnow.com or visit our website to submit an RMA request. Please be sure to provide the original invoice number, product brand, and complete model number of the product you wish to return. You must provide a reason for return.
