What is the “Red Cross Book” (RCB)?
The Red Cross Book is a coined term for the The End of Evangelion theatrical film program, sold in Japan in theaters during the showings of The End of Evangelion. This book, that is entirely black except for a large red cross stamped across the front (hence the name), gives production notes and contains a very interesting Glossary section which defines and explains various terms and people mentioned throughout Evangelion.
