What is the recruiting process at Adobe’s India campus?
The recruitment process consists of a series of tests followed by interviews. The tests consist of an aptitude and quantitative test for all positions and technical tests related to the specific functional area. For example, a person applying for a development position would need to sit for an engineering, C and C++ test. Candidates who qualify in the test may be called for interviews. The final candidate is selected based on the outcome of the interviews.
