What is the Reconstruction/Rebuilding process?
This process varies somewhat from state to state. You will first have the vehicle repaired per your state’s guidelines, have the vehicle inspected, complete and submit the proper DMV forms. In return, the DMV will issue you a “rebuilt / reconstructed title”. You vehicle will always have a salvage history. The last step is to register and insure the vehicle to be driven on the roads.
