What is the recommended way to arm and disarm the OzLine units?
There are two ways: 1. The central station must adjust the day/night switch key setting. Connect to the unit. Go to “Tuning,” then “Unit Power on Parameter.” Under the “Advanced” tab, select the “Day/Night Switch Key Mode.” Click “Upload” to make the change. That way, if there is any power loss, the OzVision unit will remain in the state it was in prior to losing power, rather than resetting itself. 2. Make sure the OzVision unit in always in an “Armed” state. If you are wiring from an alarm panel, it will not transmit any video unless the alarm panel is armed.
