What is the recommended system configuration for Sea and Sky?
Sea and Sky is optimized for a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 and True Color or 24-bit color (16 million colors). The site will work fine with other configurations, but will look much better at the recommended settings. If you are running Windows 98 or higher, or if you are running Windows 95 with the Plus pack installed, you can enhance your online experience greatly by turning on the Font Smoothing feature. To do this, right click on the desktop and select Properties or go to the control panel and select Display. Once the Display Properties box appears, click on the Effects tab on the top. Make sure the box next to “Smooth edges of screen fonts” is checked. Click OK to dismiss the Display Properties box. This will smooth the edges of the text on your screen, making it look less “jaggy”.
