What is the recommended shaft length to use on my Sea Eagle?

We always recommend a 15″ short shaft for all gas engines and anywhere from 30″ to 36″ for standard electric motors. For Torqeedo electric motors we recommend the 28″ long shaft for our FoldCat & RIK series as well as our 124SMB & 8.10YT models. For other models including our 285FPB, SE-8, SE-9 & Paddleski we recommend the Torqeedo 23″ short shaft.
