It is important to control the temperature of the board regardless of whether there is 1 board in the oven (0% loading) or the oven is filled with boards (90% loading.) All Conceptronic HVHT oven are tested at 0%, 50%, and 90% load. The peak temperature of the board must be repeatable under all loading conditions to ±2.5°C point to point for the oven to pass our rigorous test.
