What is the recommended file format for ordering prints from the Frame?
Print@Kodak can print only pictures in the JPEG file format. • What is the recommended picture file size for quality prints? Print@Kodak recommends a 508 x 762 picture file for a 6 in. x 4 in. print. There have been no quality issues with prints made from the Frame’s 640 x 480 (minimum) file size. All of the prints have passed quality inspection by Kodak. • What happens if my pictures are below the minimum recommended file size? If your pictures are less than 640 x 480 you may not be able to display them on the Frame. A file size of 640 x 480 is a minimum requirement for ordering prints from the Frame. If your pictures are 640 x4 80 or higher, but when printed the resulting picture quality does not meet Print@Kodak standards, you will receive two prints, a 3″ x 5″ and a 4″ x 6″. • What resolution will my print be if I order it from a picture that was uploaded to my StoryCenter with a resolution greater than 640 x 480?
