In the period of 1 to 4 years following the operation and medical treatments – if no tumor is detectable – the recommended dose is 5×2 tablets per day, taken continually subject to observing short intensive treatment periods of one week in every quarter, when 24 to 30 tablets are taken daily (i.e. 2 tablets in every hour daytime). After more than five years without a tumor the recommended daily dose is 4×2 tablets a day, observing one-week intensive treatment periods in each quarter, when 15 to 20 tablets are to be taken a day (1 tablet per hour daytime).
