What is the recommended dosage for Phentramin-D™?
A. It is recommended that Phentramin-D™ is taken 1 capsule at a time with an 8oz. glass of water, two times per day. This will result in a total of 2 capsules taken every day. It is advised that the two capsules be taken spaced out throughout the day, not at the same sitting. This means that one should be taken in the morning and the other, a little after noon. Do not take more than on capsule per sitting. If you are looking for even faster results its recommended to alter your eating habits and engage in physical activities as much as possible.
