What is the Recommended Daily Intake of Omega-3?
Health Canada has different recommendations depending on your sex and age. For example, the recommended daily Omega-3 intake for young children is less than 1 gram, while the recommended daily Omega-3 intake for teenage boys ranges from 1.5 – 1.8 grams and for teenage girls at 1.2 grams.
