1 box lemon cake mix 1 egg 8 ounces Cool Whip, thawed powdered sugar Mix first three ingredients together. (If sticky, sprinkle in a little flour. If dry, add a little more Cool Whip.) Coat hands w/ flour. Form balls of dough w/ your hands. Roll dough balls in powdered sugar. Place on greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
