Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeno Dip Recipe: Ingredients: 1 1/2 c ranch dressing 1/2 c sour cream 1/4 c roasted green chilies — canned is fine 1/4 c sliced jalapenos — canned 4 tbs fresh cilantro leaves 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic 1/2 tsp lemon juice to taste 1/2 roma tomato — optional, diced Pulse all ingredients in a blender in batches until smooth and chill.Makes 2 1/2 cups.
