It’s vanilla ice milk, not ice cream. and it’s called “ICE DREAM” (sister in training as Manager at one nearby and she’s been working at Chick-fil-A’s since she was 15. I know they do not give out the original recipe for anything there, but several copycat versions of their original chicken sandwich are online and close, but no cigar); here’s an icemilk recipe, not Chick-fil-a’s and I personally have not tried it. http://www.holly.dtvgroup.
