What is the recertification fee and appropriate late fee?
The First Responder recertification fee is $15.00 and must be paid online by Visa or MasterCard. If you applied after the May 31st deadline, but before the June 30th expiration date, the late fee is an additional $20.00. If you applied after June 30th, the late fee is $40.00 due to the July 1st fee increases detailed in Oregon Administrative Rule.
