What is the reason my ATT-5ESS Multipoint hunt group not working properly?

I am able to dial in to the first number of the hunt group, but if I place a second call to the hunt group number I get: S12: Sending Refuse Call – No Ports S12: Sending Refuse Call – No Ports S12: Received Disconnect Internetworking Unspec S12: Received Call Clear On the dialing end I get: atdt919166766384 Dialing… Call Terminated – No Circuit Available (34) NO CARRIER However, I seem to be able to dial in directly to the port just fine.
