Italian-American groups want MTV to yank its new series “Jersey Shore,” but some New Yorkers aren’t getting agita over showcasing the Garden State’s “craziest guidos.” The reality series – which promises “there’s no spray tan too orange, no hair too spiked” for its cast of beer-guzzling beachgoers – has created an uproar even before it premieres on Dec. 3. The show is “trash television,” according to UNICO National President Andre DiMino, who is outraged that promos use the pejorative “guido.” “We find this program alarming in that it attempts to make a direct connection between ‘guido culture’ and Italian-American identity,” said National Italian American Foundation President Joseph Del Raso. But in Manhattan’s Little Italy, the cheeky promos didn’t raise eyebrows. “No, it’s not offensive, but I’m not PC.
