What is the Re-feeding Process and how does it affect my diet program?
The final stage of the diet program is called the ‘Re-feeding’ Process. It takes place at the end of your program where the body has achieved “balance” (you have lost the fat/weight). This 2-4 week “Re-feeding” is when the so-called “Bad-foods” (Foods not allowed on the treatment) are re-introduced back into your life without “shocking the body”. You are also given healthy lifestyle guidelines that will prevent you from starting the cycle of “Obesity Syndrome” again.
