What is the rationale for each simulator level?
There are four different simulators: ‘light’, ‘moderate’, ‘high’ and ‘athletic’. The following guidelines are very rough and assume that you have an average weight and height. Simulator Type Guideline light If you eat less than average and beat this simulator, you consume enough calories to maintain your weight. moderate If you eat average and beat this simulator, you consume enough calories to maintain your weight. If you eat less than average, you could lose your weight in a long run.
