What is the rate for sending a postcard?
Alas, the penny postcard no longer exists. For 27 cents, a postal card of 3.5 by 5.0 inches in Length versus Height up to a maximum of 4.25 by 6.00 inches is accepted with a single caveat: The card thickness must be a minimum of 0.007 and a maximum of 0.016 inches in thickness. Modern technology mandates these parameters for the equipment in existence today. Exceptions are known to be made from APO and FPO addresses, but this is the rule of 2008.
