Since July 2009, individuals have been able to report incidents of police misconduct and abuse through the Rapid Report System (RRS) by going to www.naacp.org. The RRS form is accessible online and through web browsers on cell phones, so that individuals can report incidents of abuse or misconduct as soon as possible. These reports will be collected for data and research purposes only.
