An MB-OFDM based solution will achieve ranges of 20,14 meters for rates of 110 and 200 Mbps respectively in line of site AWGN channel conditions. It will achieve 11.6 and 6.8 meters for rates, 110 and 200 in more than 90% of the multipath channel models identified by the selection criteria. The other proposal will achieve 16.8 and 12.8 meters for the line of site condition. It will achieve 9 and 3.9 meters for the multipath channels. In summary at all rates and conditions, the MB-OFDM has 2-4 meter advantage.
