Our RAMP ON-CALL emergency service is designed to fix immediate lighting problems. RAMP ON-CALL emergency service is defined as any unscheduled service visit that is required due to light outages or problems during the life of your contract. Burned-out bulbs and lamps, defective or leaking ballasts, and continual flickering would be categorized as emergencies. Things that are not considered emergencies are yellowed lenses, dirty fixtures or any non-critical issue that is covered in the course of your normal maintenance schedule.
