What is the ralliart stuff for Mitsubishi and whats the difference between evolutions?
The Ralliart (latest model) trim is a scaled down Lancer Evolution. It has the turbocharged 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine that puts out 237 horses. It has the AWD system found in the previous Lancer Evolution. It’s also equipped with the dual clutch automanual transmission. The Lancer Evolution X has the same engine as the Ralliart but with a bigger turbo and puts out 296 horses. It’s equipped with the state of the art 4 wheel drive system that features AYC (active yaw control). It also has an automanual dual clutch transmission. Of course, the Evo X handles better than the Ralliart. It’s quicker and more expensive as well. Let’s put it this way, people who can’t afford the Evo, buy the Ralliart for their turbo fix!
