What is the Rainout/Cancellation policy?
If there is a rainout or cancellation, please refer to the website for information. We will post cancellations/rainouts on the website by 9am on game day. Game reschedules due to rainouts/cancellations will be completed by the committee and communicated to the captains. • Most of my players are not going to be around, can I reschedule a game like we did last year? Answer: Unfortunately, due to the limitation of fields this year, it is our policy NOT to reschedule any games this year. Please do not ask for special treatment. • What happens if it’s 15 minutes past the game start time? Answer: If 15 minutes have lapsed after the scheduled start time, you MUST start the game if you have 8 players per direction of the Umpire. If one team does not have 8 players, that team will forfeit.
