Rain will not affect the Baccalaureate service, although in inclement weather faculty and students will line up for the processional under covered areas as much as possible. Also, rain could prevent the simulcast on Hearn Plaza. The rain location for the Baccalaureate picnic is Reynolda Hall Cafeteria. The rain location for Commencement is Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum. However, University officials may decide to delay the start of the ceremony in order to have Graduation on Hearn Plaza if the rain is expected to pass early in the day. If rain is likely, a decision will be announced regarding the rain plan by 7 a.m. Monday via the following: Commencement site and Window on Wake Forest; on voicemail message 336.758.5821; and on local radio (600 AM, 88.5 FM) and television stations (WXII, Channel 12).
