What is the radio communication like in such a stage? What is talked about?

I knew from the start it wasn’t going to be an easy day as it was uphill and very fast from the 0 km banner. The peloton was in pieces after about 5 kilometres and the pace was very high. Overall, my legs felt good in the race, but I was having trouble breathing due to the congestion in my chest. It was not a fun day as the pace was high
