rFOIL Ultra CBF has an installed R-Value of 3.8. Since R-Values do not measure REFLECTIVITY, this doesnt provide a logical comparison to board insulation, which has no effect on radiating heat. For this reason, many experts look beyond R-Values when evaluating under-concrete insulations.
